Jessica’s goal as a therapist is to illuminate the patterns and processes that may be working against you and to support you in bringing about your own positive changes, both within yourself and in your relationships. Jessica works from a systemic perspective that considers the importance of one’s relationships, as well as the impact of environment, life stage, and culture on feelings and behaviors. Jessica believes that a person’s behavior makes sense in the context in which it occurs and that often a small change is all that is necessary to change the system in which one is embedded.
Jessica specializes in treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. Jessica utilizes a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship to support her clients in bringing about positive transformations.
