Rhea believes that all people have an innate drive towards growth, healing, and joy. Life can just be tricky, confusing, or painful, and sometimes mental health therapy can be a useful tool to help people navigate these experiences. She believes that within a joyful and trusting therapeutic relationship, people can be supported in accessing their inner and outer resources to live more grounded, genuine, and connected lives.

Rhea draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on the unique needs, age group, and personalities of her clients. Client-centered play therapy, narrative therapy, humanistic therapy, attachment theory, and family systems theory are a few psychological traditions that she pulls from.
Rhea has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition. She is a Certified Social Work Associate working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon. She has experience working with individuals of all ages in various settings, including school systems, medical facilities, non-profits, and private practices.
In her free time, Rhea enjoys spending time with her family. She loves spending time outdoors, including paddleboarding, trail running, and bird watching. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, going to the movies, and poetry.
